As of 5 p.m., the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAG-ASA) said that the eye of typhoon “Nona” was located over Irosin, Sorsogon, packed with maximum sustained winds of 150 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 185 kph. PNA
