MANILA – The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said the southwest monsoon will continue to bring rains to North and Central Luzon Thursday.
According to its 5:00 p.m. weather bulletin, the weather system will bring cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms in the regions of Ilocos and Cordillera Administrative Region.
Metro Manila and other parts of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies, along with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Luzon, on the other hand, will have moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest affecting its coastal waters to be moderate to rough.
