The Human Development & Poverty Reduction (HDPR) Cluster continues its information and service delivery campaign thru its SERBISYO CARAVAN. The activities include a forum discussing the cluster’s flagship programs for the poor, several performances, audio-visual presentations, information kiosks, puppet theatre on values formation, and medical and dental services that aim to address the education, health, and social protection needs of the Filipino people.

The campaign is spearheaded by the Department of Social welfare and Development (DSWD) and member agencies under the Human Development and Poverty Reduction Cluster (HDPRC) such as the Office of the Cabinet Secretary, National Anti Poverty Commission (NAPC), Department of Agriculture (DA), Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Department of Education (DepEd), Department of Health (DOH), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC), Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Philippine Commission on Women (PCW), Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP), National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA), National Commission on Muslim Filipino (NCMF), National Commission on Indigenous People (NCIP), and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), in partnership with the Philippine Information Agency (PIA) and the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO).
