PNP recovers 1,800 board feet of wood

BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya — Police authorities have recovered Wednesday at least 1,800 board feet of assorted wood species in barangay Calaocan in Quezon town.

Police Chief Inspector Ferdinand Laudencia, chief of police said the confiscated wood were red lauan and tanguile left in an area in barangay Calaocan.

“Based on our investigation, most of these came from Quirino province and were dumped here for transport outside our province,” he said.
