SAN FERNANDO CITY,La Union — The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Region 1 announced Saturday the busting of drug dens located in four adjacent houses in Barangay Taberna, Bauang, La Union.

In a report of PDEA Regional Director Jeoffrey Tacio to PDEA Director General Isidro S. Lapeña seven persons, four of them are High Value Targets (HVT) from Isabela, were arrested in the drug dens, said to be operated by one family.

The raiding teams also found the four houses to be littered with used tooters, aluminum strips, modified lighters and other various illegal drug paraphernalia confirming reports that these were used by drug addicts to sniff shabu.
