He said Aprillo Balbin Lagman alias “Apeng” and “April”, a resident of Balsigan barangay here and his brother Benjamin Jr. alias “Benjie”, a resident of Asin road, were arrested during an anti drug operation in Asin road on Friday (June 9).
He said the brothers are also included in the watch list of the PDEA-CAR for their nefarious activities.
The Lagman brothers were arrested for selling four sachets of suspected “shabu” or methamphetamine hydrochloride worth Php3,000 to an undercover agent.
Upon the conduct of search immediately following their arrest, law enforcers seized four heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu and the buy-bust money.
