MANILA — Metro Manila, other parts of Luzon and Visayas will continue to experience rains on Thursday due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
In its 24-hour forecast, PAGASA said cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorm will prevail over Metro Manila, Visayas, Ilocos, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol, Caraga and Aurora province.
The rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, it added.
Meanwhile, moderate to occasionally strong winds will blow from southeast over extreme northern Luzon, and from southwest to southeast over the western section of Luzon.
Coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough.
