MANILA — The low pressure area spotted 1,200 kilometers east of Basco, Batanes will bring cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms in Luzon on Tuesday, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
In its 24-hour forecast, PAGASA said Visayas and Mindanao may also experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, light to moderate winds will blow from southwest over Luzon and Visayas, and from south to southwest over Mindanao.
