Judith Asuncion, NVPLC coordinator for cooperative affairs, said the center was established to address the need of the Nueva Vizcaya Entrepreneurs Association (NVEA) for government infrastructure support.

“This center will assist them and prepare them for the ASEAN regional integration, an anticipated quality product competition among Micro Small and Medium Enterprises in our neighboring countries,” she said.

NVLPC’s first floor houses the coffee shop and souvenir, gift center while the second floor offers three training rooms, food processing area and the investment and promotions center which will be managed by the Provincial Cooperative Affairs Office (PCAO).
