MANILA — Northeast monsoon is affecting Northern Luzon and tail-end of a cold front is expected in the Bicol Region Saturday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

Bicol Region and Eastern Visayas will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms.

Cloudy skies with light rains were forecasted over Cagayan Valley Region.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

The rest of the country can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Luzon, and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

PAGASA added that elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the Northeast with slight to moderate seas. PNA
