SUAL, Pangasinan — A worker died after he was hit by lightning Tuesday afternoon in Barangay Baquioen, Sual in Pangasinan.
The police identified the victim as Rolando Plaza, 23, an employee of the Phil. Mega Fish Corporation which owns some of the fish cages at Baquioen Bay in Sual.
The victim was changing net of a fish cage during a downpour when he was hit by lightning.
When police arrived at the scene, the victim was being rushed by his co-workers to their office using a banca to be treated but he was already dead. LVM/PNA-northboundasia.com
