MANILA — Several local government units in Luzon have declared class suspensions Thursday (July 27) due to the inclement weather.
Cainta — all levels, in both public and private schools while San Mateo and Rodriguez both suspended classes in pre-school to senior high school levels in public and private schools.
Las Piñas — all levels, both private and public schools
Parañaque — all levels, both private and public schools
Pateros — all levels, both private and public schools Malabon
Marikina — all levels, both private and public schools
Antipolo City — all levels, both private and public schools
Taytay and Cainta, Rizal — all levels, both private and public schools Mandaluyong
San Pedro, Laguna — all levels, both private and public schools
Cavite — all levels, both private and public schools
Taguig City — from preschool to senior high school levels, both public and private schools in the city.
Meanwhile, O.B Montesorri also declared class suspension in all its campuses in Metro Manila.
State weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) earlier said monsoon rains may prevail over Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon as the southwest monsoon affects Luzon and Western Visayas.
