Isabela exec orders formulation of vehicular accident report system, data base

CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela — The local chief executive of this province has ordered the formulation of vehicular accident report and data base system to ensure the proper recording and serve as data base of the province.

Gov. Faustino G. Dy III signed Memorandum Order No. 46, series of 2016, ordering the formulation of a system that will register all vehicular accidents happening in the province so that appropriate measures will be crafted to ensure the safety of motorists.

The order is directed to City/Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils, City/Municipal Rescue Units, Federation of Isabela Rescuer Groups, Isabela Police Provincial Office (IPPO), Isabela Fire Marshall, Districts Hospitals and Faustino N. Dy Sr. Memorial Hospital.

Isabela public safety officer Constante Foronda said that Gov. Dy’s order will be implemented and be monitored to ensure compliance.

He said his office will be responsible for the monitoring of compliance of the order and will analyze the implications and recommend measures to ensure public safety.
