Isabela, Cagayan suspend classes on Monday due to ‘Carina’

MANILA – The Isabela and Cagayan provinces suspended classes for Monday due to severe tropical storm ‘Carina’.

Ronald Villa, civil defense officer at the Region 2-Office of Civil Defense, said in a radio interview Sunday that the class suspension will cover up to the secondary level in Isabela.

Reports said Cagayan has also suspended classes from elementary to high school for Monday.

Classes in both public and private schools are suspended.
