SANTIAGO CITY — Business-related ora personal vendetta may have motivated the fatal shooting Tuesday of 47-year-old town councilor in Purok 3, Barangay Zamora, Cabarroguis, Quirino here, police said on Thursday.
Trader Alberto Binlayan, 47, Cabarroguis a native of Dingasan in Cabarroguis town sustained multiple bullet wounds on his head and body, according to a report from Sr. Supt. Merwin Cuarteros, Quirino provincial police director.
Police found 11 empty shells and three fired bullets at the crime scene.
