CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — One of the city’s wanted persons was arrested last April 22 in barangay Sevilla here.
The police identified the suspect a Jay Jallorina Peralta, 38, single, and resident of the said village.
His arrest was made by virtue of a warrant issued by the Regional Trial Trial Court for violation Act 7610 also known as the “Other Acts of Neglect, Abuse, Cruelty or Exploitation and Other Conditions Prejudicial to the Child’s Development” of the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act.
Peralta was recommended bail bond of eighty thousand pesos for allegedly beating a 17-year old boy who grazed the side mirror of his motorcycle while he was passing through Barangay Ilocanos Sur. The suspect denied he beat up the boy
Peralta is now under the custody of the City Police Station for documentation and proper disposition prior turn over to the issuing
