MANILA — Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country, the state weather bureau, PAGASA, said in its 24-hour forecast released Tuesday afternoon.
“Light to moderate winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over Luzon, and coming from south to southwest over rest of the country,” PAGASA also said.
