MANILA — Partly cloudy to cloudy skies will prevail over Metro Manila and rest of the country this Independence Day on Monday (June 12), said Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) in its special outlook released Saturday.
There’s chance for rain showers and thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening as ridge of a high-pressure area will be the dominant weather system to affect the country.
Winds will be light to moderate from the southeast to south.
No tropical cyclone is expected to either form within or enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility. CJT/PNA-northboundasia.com
