MANILA — Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and rest of the country, said Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) in its 24-hour forecast released Tuesday afternoon.
Ridge of a high-pressure area is affecting eastern sections of Luzon and the Visayas, PAGASA noted.
PAGASA also said moderate to occasionally strong winds coming from the southwest to south will prevail over Luzon’s western section where coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.
“Light to moderate winds coming from the southeast to south will prevail over rest of the country with slight to moderate seas,” PAGASA added. Catherine Teves/PNA-northboundasia.com
