Manila — Due to movements in the international petroleum market, Shell, Petron, Phoenix Petroleum, Eastern Petroleum, PTT, Sea Oil and Flying V announced that pump prices for gasoline will be rolled back by PHP0.80 per liter, diesel by PHP0.95 per liter and kerosene by PHP1.20 per liter.
