4 Isabela COPs to receive commendation from PRO-2

CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela –The Police Regional Office-2 (PRO-2) will give commendation to four more chiefs of police in the province in recognition of their accomplishments in the fight against illegal drugs.

Senior Supt. Leon Rafael, chief of the Iligan Police Provincial Office, said the four police chiefs who will receive medal of commendation on Monday have shown very satisfactory performance in the war against illegal drugs in their respective assignments.

The chiefs of police are Supt. Ariel Quilang of Cauayan City Police Station; Supt. Segundo Lagundi Jr. of Ilagan City Police Station; Senior Inspector William Agpalza of Santo Tomas; and Samuel Lopez of Jones.

Rafael said the four police chiefs have encouraged to surrender the individuals who are engaged in illegal drugs.

“The PRO- 2 has seen their accomplishments,” he said.

Last week, the PRO-2 has commended other police chiefs in the region for their accomplishments in the fight against illegal drugs.

The commendation is part of the Philippine National Police awards system to encourage other police officers to pursue the commitment in the fight against criminality and illegal drugs. PNA-northboundasia.com
