3 persons nabbed for sniffing shabu in Dagupan

DAGUPAN CITY — Three persons, one of them a woman, were arrested while in the act of sniffing shabu in an apparent pot session inside one of the rooms of a lodging house on M. H. del Pilar street at around 9:00 p.m. of June 26.

Arrested by elements of Police Community Precinct 2 composed of PO2 Ramon Valencerina and PO1 Cedrick Ceralde under the direction of Supt. Christopher Abrahano, chief of police, were Roger Ramirez, 46, of Banaoang, Calasiao; Eric Ben Abad, 30, of Bugallon town and the woman Ricalyn Callanta, 24, of Caranglaan, Dagupan City.

All were caught by the police in the act sniffing shabu in a pot-session inside Room 2 of Albert Lodge on M. H. Del Pilar Street in Dagupan City.

Prior to this, Police Officers received a report from a concerned citizen informing that there was ongoing pot session in one of the rooms of Albert Lodge.

Recovered in front of the suspects were one small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu, one open small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu residue and other illegal drug paraphernalia, like four pieces of aluminum foil, one open plastic tube, three disposable lighters and one fan knife.
