MANILA — The three-week summer session of the Supreme Court (SC) justices in Baguio City will start on April 3, 2016, according to a Notice Resolution issued by the SC En Banc signed by Clerk of Court Atty. Felipa B. Anama and released on Monday.
The SC en banc summer session in the “Summer Capital of the Philippines,” some 250 kilometers north of Manila, will last until April 23, 2016.
The resolution said that after the summer session, the SC justices will have more than a month of decision-making and writing period starting April 25 until May 27, 2016.
Before or after the period of March 21-25, 2016 (Holy Week), the SC may render a decision on the disqualification case of Senator Grace Poe-Llamanzares.
The resolution said that from March 28 (Monday) to April 1 (Friday), 2016, the SC will have no en banc session. PNA/northboundasia.com
