2nd escapee from Pangasinan jail captured

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan, Aug. 13 –The last of two inmates who escaped from the Provincial Jail here was captured in his home at about 2:00 a.m., Sunday, the Pangasinan Police Provincial Office (PPPO) reported.

Gender Arzadon, 22, of Mabini Street in Binmaley town, peacefully surrendered to elements of the Lingayen and Binmaley Police Stations as well as Provincial Jail guards who went to Arzadon’s home.

Chief Inspector Norman Florentino, chief of the police community relations of the Pangasinan police , said Arzadon who is facing a case for Violation of Republic Act No. 9165 was surrendered by his relatives.

The other escapee, Dennis Buyen, alias “Bisaya”, 27, was captured earlier inside the Lingayen Public Market.

The two inmates escaped when they fled after dumping garbage in a truck outside the facility past 9 a.m. on Saturday. PNA-northboundasia.com
