DAGUPAN CITY — A fire of still undetermined origin razed to the ground a two-storey residential house in Barangay Malued at about 2:24 a.m. Thursday, said the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) in Dagupan.
No one was hurt in the blaze that was put under control at 2:49 a.m. and was completely extinguished at 3:05 a.m.
The semi-concrete house was owned by Arthur Castro, 65, and was occupied by seven people.
The fire, which reached third alarm, was put out by the combined firefighters of BFP Dagupan, Calasiao, Dagupan’s City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, and the Panda Firefighting Brigade.
Damages from the blaze have yet to be determined, while the origin and cause of the fire are still under investigation.
