Superintendent Bryant Demot, city police chief, identified the victim as Marvin Cabradilla, alias “Long Hair,” an alleged member of the Taractac Drug Criminal Group. He was number nine in the list of illegal drug personalities in the province.

Cabradilla suffered eleven gunshot wounds from a calibre 45 on his head and body. He was rushed to the Lorma Medical Center but was declared dead on arrival.

The killers fled on board a motorcycle.

Cabradilla was arrested two years ago in a buy-bust operation in which several sachets of the banned methampethamine hydrocloride or shabu were seized from him and was freed temporarily after posting bail. He did not surrender during the implementation of “Oplan Tokhang.” Jun Elias and William Jun Garcia with Erwin Beleo/northboundasia.com
