DAGUPAN CITY — Fishermen riding small boats have been advised against going out to sea on Wednesday as strong to gale force winds brought by the southwest monsoon continue to affect the western seaboard of Luzon.
In an advisory issued at 5 a.m. today, Office of the Civil Defense in Region 1 also alerted larger sea vessels against big waves with an estimated height of 3.4 meters to 4.5 meters, making the sea condition rough to very rough.
